Obituary: On November 25, 2012, Alice H. Jarboe, beloved wife of the late George H. Jarboe, Jr.; devoted mother of Dr. David A. Jarboe and his wife, Dr. Lina Jarboe; cherished grandmother of Steven Jarboe (Kathy) and Lori Gehl (Ben); loving great-grandmother of Jack, Naomi, Micah, Henry, Mattie and Kilian.

Donation: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, 31 Hopkins Place, Baltimore, MD 21201.

I take the liberty of calling Mrs. Jarboe , Aunt Alice, because she always told me to call her that when I would visit her with my dearest friend Rita Moxley Dinardo over the past many years. Aunt Alice was always a joy to visit - she was a classy lady with an uplifting spirit and delightful sense of humor.
