Dear Linda & Family: Kathy and I are so sorry for your loss. Denny was a great guy that had an extraordinarily kind heart. He had great respect from all his Coast Guard friends and was admired by all he came into contact with. I never saw him without a smile on his face and a friendly word to those around him. Loved his humor and attitude about life. We mourn your loss and pray that God will comfort you and your family. Love, Larry & Kathy Hereth

We were saddened to hear about Dennis. So nice he could be our speaker at Ellenton Old Home Day last year. I enjoyed the contacts I had with him these last few years. I will always be thankful for his link to Ellenton thru the Tomkins family and all the pictures and information he contributed about that village and it's past. God be with you and comfort you.
