Obituary: On November 13, 2012, William M. Kelly, beloved husband of the late Olive C. Kelly; devoted father of Brenda Kelly-Frey; son of the late Charles and Anna Kelly, Sr.; cherished grandfather of Frederick William and Caroline Rebecca Frey; loving father-in-law of Frederick L. Frey; great-grandfather of Evelyn Olivia; dear brother of Gordon J. Kelly, Sr., Anne Cramer and the late Mildred Fangmeyer, Marion R. Kelly, Charles J. Kelly, Jr., Melvin B. Kelly and Marie E. Kelly.

He had a good sense of humor and even put up with my "Gallaudet" signs. I have missed his humor and his practical advice for a long time and wish I could have been in touch more.
