Obituary: On December 28, 2012, passed away peacefully at home in Clarksville, MD. She had heart and kidney disease and was a ten year breast cancer survivor. Born and raised in Washington, DC, she was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Douglas L. Hogan. Patricia is survived by her three children, Michael D. Hogan (Patricia), Mary P. Hogan (Michael), and Mark R. Hogan (Shondi), her niece Carol M. Poist (Dan), six grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many other nieces and nephews. Her brother, Joseph, and sister, Ruth, predeceased her. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Montgomery County, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center at Howard County General Hospital.
