Obituary: On July 14, 2010, DR. RAFFAELE VACCARI, of Ellicott City. Beloved husband of Evelyn Knopf-Vaccari; dear brother of Raffaella Vacarri and her husband Sandro Dassetto; devoted step-father of Sheryl and Michael Knopf; loving grandfather of Joshua Ledous. Also survived by a large extended family in Italy and in-laws in New England.
