Obituary: On January 22, 2013, FRANCIS ALBERT GRIMES, loving companion of the late Evelyn "Nellie" Schissler; beloved husband of the late Mary T. Grimes and Beulah May Grimes; devoted father of Albert Grimes, Gary Grimes, Kay Merrill and the late Patrick Grimes; dear brother of Susan Nehmsmann and the late Andrew Hippler; also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He attended Catonsville High School and grew up in the Daniels/Alberton area. He was employed at the American Tobacco Co. from 1950 - 1980 and retired as a district manager. He was a charter member of the VFW Post 7472 in Ellicott City. He proudly served with the Army/Air Corp. throughout the Pacific during WWII.
Donation: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW Post 7472 in Ellicott City.
